NOTICE OF HEARING

 

                        The Polk County Board of Commissioners will hold a public

                        hearing on Tuesday, March 1st, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. in the

District Courtroom of the Polk County Courthouse in Osceola,

Nebraska.  The purpose of the hearing will be to review and

receive public testimony on an application for a Special Use

Permit which has been received by the Zoning Administrator

from Sanitary and Improvement District (SID) No. 1 of Polk

County, Nebraska.  Said special use is to install a multi-cell

wastewater lagoon treatment system in the S ½  SE ¼ of Section

13, Township 16 North, Range 2 West in Polk County, Nebraska.
