DELINQUENT TAX SALE NOTICE

NOTICE OF TAX SALE – Notice is hereby given that subjoined hereto is a list of all lands and town lots in the County of Polk, State of Nebraska, subject to sale for delinquent taxes and special assessments and that opposite of each description is the amount of all delinquent taxes and special assessments against the same, and the undersigned, the County Treasurer of said Polk County, Nebraska, on the first Monday of March next, hereafter, to wit: said 1^st day of March, 2010, will sell so much of each of said tracts of land and town lots as may be necessary of the taxes and special assessments, interest and costs thereon. Said sale will take place in the County Treasurer’s office in the City of Osceola, County of Polk, State of Nebraska, and will commence at 9:30 o’clock A.M. on the 1^st day of March 2010, and will continue from day to day until all such lands and town lots have been sold.
