Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held during the regular meeting of the Polk County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room of the Polk County Courthouse, Osceola, Nebraska. Said hearing is for the purpose of presenting the proposed amendments to the Zoning Regulations and to hear all persons with written or oral comments, for or against said proposed amendments. Any party may appear in person or be represented. An agenda for such hearing and meeting is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the Polk County Clerk’s Office. Draft copies of the proposed amendments are available for public inspection at the Polk County Clerk’s Office, the Village Office in Shelby, the City Office in Osceola, the City Office in Stromsburg, and the Village Office in Polk.
