located on the west side of the Courthouse Square in Osceola, Nebraska. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday. The Polk County Health Department
has been in existence since 1979. The
services offered are available to all residents of Polk County, regardless of
income status. Funding comes from a
number of sources including: private
contracts, insurance reimbursement, private payment based on a fee for
services, donations, grants and tax support from the Polk County Government. Services of the Polk County Health
